For the first 15 minutes or so there is open networking the around 7am breakfast is served and there is more time for networking over breakfast. At around 7:30am the chairman will officially start the formal part of the meeting by introducing the committee this is followed by the members “Sixty Second Pitch” followed by a 10 minute presentation from a member or guest. After this we move on to the referral section, then any other business. Finally the chairman will close the meeting at 08:30 after this there is plenty of time for more networking.

As a visitor you will be able to take part in the meeting and give a 60 second pitch about your business, you will also be invited to hand out your business cards any promotional material you wish ( so make sure you bring enough for 35 people). As a visitor it’s unlikely that you will have any referrals for the referral part of the meeting so at this stage the chairman will ask for your comments about the meeting. Don’t forget that you will also be eligible for breakfast on us!
